Description

Met deze aanbesteding wordt beoogd één raamovereenkomst af te sluiten ten behoeve van alle deelnemende organisaties. Dit talentontwikkelingsprogramma Rijk is specifiek gericht op de schalen 12, 13 en 14. In dit kader verstaan wij onder talenten: ‘Medewerkers waarvan de verwachting is dat zij op basis van ambitie en ontwikkelpotentieel binnen twee jaar doorgroeien (verticaal of horizontaal)’. De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten voor een periode van twee jaar met de optie om de overeenkomst tweemaal met één jaar te verlengen. Circa 165 cursisten per jaar. Per leergang neemt een groep van minimaal 12 en maximaal 15 cursisten deel aan het programma.
