1.2 In summary, the Goods comprise of Four Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs), built to, and certified to, P6 passenger boat licence issued, (under Reg 1 (b) of S.I. 273 of 2003 Equivalency Rules), by the Marine Survey Office of the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport Ireland, complete with trailers and ancillary equipment for An Garda Síochána.
