Adásvételi szerződés szemészeti műlencse szállítására konszignációs raktár rendszerén keresztül két részben, mindösszesen 1-2. részre 300 db/12 hónap 600 db/24 hónap mennyiségben. (jelen eljárásban az év = 12 hónap). Az ajánlati felhívás szigorú karakterkorlátjára tekintettel – ami a felhívás II.2.1. pontjaira is vonatkozik - a részekre való hivatkozásnál a részek sorszámát PONTOSAN hivatkozzák meg, mivel az adott rész teljes elnevezése helyhiány miatt nem volt rögzíthető.
