Halmstad kommun inbjuder att inkomma med ansökan om att få lämna anbud i upphandling av systemstöd för mätning, uppföljning och analys av medarbetarengagemang, arbetsmiljö, hälsa, ledarskap m.m. Utöver nyttjanderätt till och drift av systemet omfattar upphandlingen även tjänster för bl.a. införande och projektledning, utbildning av superusers och systemförvaltare, integrationer mot ett mindre antal av kommunens övriga system samt löpande utveckling, underhåll och support under avtalstiden.
