Description
Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Konzeption, Planung, Vor- und Nachbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Mediation, systemischer Einzel- und Gruppencoachings inklusive Team-Building- Maßnahmen von Leitungsrunde und GBR-Vorstand um die oberste Führungsebene in ihrem Führungsalltag sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit einem anspruchsvollen Sozialpartner zu unterstützen. Geplant ist ein Vertragsbeginn zum 01.08.2025 mit einer Laufzeit von 24 Monaten und einer einmaligen optionalen Verlängerung von 12 Monaten.
