Description
Le présent Système d'Acquisition Dynamique (SAD) a pour objet de sélectionner des opérateurs économiques en vue de la passation de marchés spécifiques portant sur la location de véhicules routiers pour le transport de personnes. Il est destiné aux Bénéficiaires de la CATP, en leur qualité de pouvoir adjudicateur telle que définie à l'article L1211-1 du CCP.
