Description
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition with negotiations for a contract for Sky based system for population warning and inhabitant dialogue. Further description of the assignment is in Annex 1, Agreement on ongoing service procurements over the internet, Annex 1.
Award criteria
- Quality — Tenderers must fill in column H in Annex A and Annex B to annex 1. Tenderers shall respond to the evaluation requirements will be subject to an assessment of the offered system.
