Die TK hat derzeit einen Symptom-Checker (SC) zum Überprüfen von Symptomen als eigenständiges Leistungsangebot in ihre unternehmenseigene TK-Doc-App integriert und möchte auch künftig einen Symptom-Checker innerhalb der TK-Doc-App anbieten. Hierzu soll eine vom AN bereitgestellte, bereits am Markt verfügbare Software auf Basis von medizinischen Daten, Algorithmen und künstlicher Intelligenz mögliche medizinische Ursachen und Erkrankungen für gesundheitliche Beschwerden und Symptome ermitteln. Nutzer des SC sind die Versicherten der TK.
