Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru, załadunku transportu i utylizacji (unieszkodliwianiu) odpadów medycznych i przemysłowych zgodnie z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do odbioru odpadów z miejsca zlokalizowanego na terenie Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej MSWiA w Rzeszowie oraz zlokalizowanego na terenie Przychodni MSWiA w Krośnie.
