Description
Pasażerski transport drogowy – przewozy autobusowe. Przewozy będą wykonywane w ramach publicznego transportu zbiorowego w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Niemodlin lub Gminy Niemodlin i gmin sąsiadujących w przypadku zawarcia stosownego porozumienia zgodnie z art. 7 ust. 1, pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t. j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 2778).
