Przewozy będą wykonywane w ramach publicznego transportu zbiorowego w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Gorzów Śląski lub Gminy Gorzów i gmin sąsiadujących w przypadku zawarcia stosownego porozumienia zgodnie z brzmieniem art. 7 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r., o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz.
