Przewozy autobusowe w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym na sieci komunikacyjnej obejmującej obszar Gminy Grzmiąca, dla której Gmina Grzmiąca będzie organizatorem publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Planowane linie komunikacyjne: 1) Grzmiąca – Grzmiąca przez Czechy; 2) Grzmiąca – Grzmiąca przez Iwin; 3) Grzmiąca – Grzmiąca przez Równe; 4) Grzmiąca – Grzmiąca przez Krosino; 5) Grzmiąca – Grzmiąca przez Storkowo; 6) Grzmiąca – Grzmiąca przez Boleszkowice. (charakter i ilość usług lub określenie potrzeb i wymogów). Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 5 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym zastrzega się możliwość zmiany powyższych informacji.
