Description
Publiczny transport zbiorowy – autobusowy. Przewozy będą wykonywane w ramach publicznego transportu zbiorowego w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Byczyna lub Gminy Byczyna i gmin sąsiadujących, w przypadku zawarcia stosownego porozumienia. Zgodnie z brzmienie art. 7 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 285).
