Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych powstających w gospodarstwach domowych oraz od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a powstają odpady komunalne z terenu Gminy Gaszowice (dalej Gminy), z wyłączeniem odpadów związanych z prowadzeniem działalności gospodarczej. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje nieruchomości zamieszkałe i niezamieszkałe określone w załączniku do SWZ.
