Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi gastronomiczne dla kuracjuszy Zamawiającego posiadających skierowanie na uzdrowiskowe leczenie sanatoryjne dorosłych (dalej zwanych „pacjentami”), potwierdzone przez oddział wojewódzki Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia, w planowanych ilościach wskazanych w załączniku Nr 1 do umowy, w turnusach 22 dniowych (21 dób hotelowych).
