Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie na rzecz Zamawiającego kompleksowej usługi oświetlenia ulic, dróg i innych otwartych terenów publicznych na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Hel, (dalej „Obszar”), to jest do podjęcia wszelkich czynności niezbędnych do zapewnienia oświetlenia na tym Obszarze, przy wykorzystaniu posiadanej Infrastruktury, na warunkach określonych w wzorze umowy („Usługa Kompleksowa”) wraz z załącznikiem nr 2 do umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 4 do niniejszego zapytania na podstawie zamówienia z wolnej ręki zgodnie z art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 1 lit. a) oraz b) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo Zamówień Publicznych.
