1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej usługi oświetlenia na terenie Gminy Kartuzy. 2. Podczas realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia wykorzystywana będzie infrastruktura Wykonawcy, tj. należąca do ENERGA Oświetlenie Sp. z o.o. (Liczba punktów świetlnych: 2.859 szt.) oraz infrastruktura stanowiąca własność Gminy Kartuzy, lecz powiązana z infrastrukturą Wykonawcy. Z uwagi na prowadzone inwestycje na terenie Gminy ilość ta może ulec zmianie. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany będzie w okresie od dnia 01.12.2023 r. do dnia 30.11.2027 r.
