Description

Abschluss von Dienstleistungsverträgen über Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit Strom- und Gasnetzen Die Stadtwerke Böblingen GmbH & Co. KG (SWBB) haben anlässlich ihrer Gründung als eigenständige Gesellschaft vor 10 Jahren den Gas- und Strombetrieb an die Netze BW verpachtet. Mit Beendigung der Vertragslaufzeit am 30.6.2023 trat ein Stufenplan in Kraft, der zum 1. Januar 2024 die Netzübernahme für Gas und zum 1. Januar 2026 für Strom durch die SWBB vorsieht. Im Zuge der Netzübernahmen plant SWBB die Vergabe einer Reihe von Betriebs- und Betriebsführungsleistungen. LOS 1: Netzleitstelle / 24/7 Störungsannahme für die Sparten Wasser, Strom, Gas und Fernwärme LOS 2: Betrieb und Instandhaltung Netze und Anlagen -Strom- (inkl. erforderlicher Planungs- und Bauleistungen für Kleinmaßnahmen) LOS 3: Betrieb und Instandhaltung Netze und Anlagen -Gas-
