Rahmenvertrag für SiGeKo-Leistung: • Ziel: Koordination von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutz gemäß ArbSchG und BaustellV für alle Neubau- und Modernisierungsprojekte am Standort. • Planungsphase: Analyse von Planungen auf Gefährdungen, Erstellen/Anpassen des SiGe-Plans, Beratung zu Baustelleneinrichtung, Termin- und Verkehrsplanung sowie Sonderaufgaben (Behörden-Vorankündigung, Baustellenordnung). • Ausführungsphase: Fortschreiben und Vermitteln des SiGe-Plans, Organisation von Sicherheitsbesprechungen, Überwachung der Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen, Koordination bei Änderungen und besonderen Gefahren.
