Um diese Vielfalt technologisch und kapazitiv betreuen zu können und dabei dem internen Personal die Möglichkeit zu bieten, sich auf Kernkompetenzen und neue Technologien zu fokussieren, werden dedizierte, z.T. technologisch veraltete IT-Applikationen extern als Managed Application betreut. Die Gruppe dieser Applikationen nennen wir die „SilverApps“.
