Description

Das CRM und ERP System "odoo" wird in unserer Geschäftsbereich "Neue Geschäfte" (8 verschiedene Fachbereiche/Geschäftsmodelle mit insgesamt ca. 180 Nutzern) eingesetzt. Die Betriebsführung sowie die Weiterentwicklung der odoo-Plattform sollen als "Managed Service" an einen Fachpartner übergeben werden. Dieser stellt als IT-Service-Partner die stabile Erreichbarkeit sowie Verfügbarkeit der Funktionalitäten sicher und verantwortet unter anderem das Release- & Deployment-Management. Als Entwicklungspartner soll die Plattform gemäß der fachlichen Anforderungen weiterentwickelt werden.
