Description
To implement efficient management of public assets, better use of funds allocated for road maintenance through improvement of roads construction/reconstruction practice - implementation of sustainable road maintenance techniques using recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) and identification of related environmental concerns. A basic indicator for measuring the objective achievement is savings in funds spent for maintenance of km of road network with the same or better quality service level defined from the prospective of the road users who will benefit through lower Road User Costs (RUC)
