Description
Vanuit verschillende instituten en diensten binnen Fontys is er behoefte aan kwalitatief goede survey tooling ten behoeve van onderwijs, onderzoek en de bedrijfsvoering. Survey tooling wordt ingezet voor de uitvoering van enquêtes, onderzoek en evaluaties. Fontys is op zoek naar toekomstbestendige survey tooling voor onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering. Fontys streeft ernaar in de toekomst gebruik te maken van maximaal twee oplossingen voor de gehele organisatie voor alle huidige toepassingsgebieden (en eventueel toekomstige nieuwe toepassingsgebieden) en voor alle verschillende doelgroepen, welke centraal beheerd wordt door de Dienst O&O. Zie hoofdstuk 3 van het aanbestedingsdocument.
