De opdracht omvat het leveren van diensten inzake ondersteuning, hosting, migratie en functionele begeleiding voor de IBM Maximo/MAS-omgeving van Aquafin. Dit betreft o.a.: • Hosting en ondersteuning voor de bestaande Health-setup • Ondersteuning van IBM Maximo 7.6 tot aan de migratie naar MAS 9.1 • Uitvoering van het migratietraject naar IBM MAS 9.1 • Hosting van IBM MAS 9.1 • Optionele support voor S&S: Fase 1 (voor migratie): Extended support voor Maximo 7.6 ; Fase 2 (na migratie): Support voor MAS 9.1 • Functionele ondersteuning: via gerichte inzet van mandagen • Senior Functionele en technische profielen • Voorzien van upgrades volgens de roadmap van IBM in de komende jaren
