Description
The Ministry of Finance in Finland is launching a procurement procedure for the supplying of Finnish euro circulation coins and organising the selling of commemorative and collector coins for collectors. Commemorative coins for collectors are in this context Finnish commemorative coins, collector coins and coin sets. The contracting authority's objective is to find a supplier responsible for the whole supply of Finnish euro coins intended for circulation and for the organising the selling of coins for coin collectors. The supply of euro coins includes the following tasks: production, packaging, intermediate storage and delivery of Finnish euro coins intended for circulation. The euro coins must comply with the relevant legislation, denominations, technical specifications and designs. The organisation of commemorative and collector coins selling for coin collectors includes the organisation of Finnish coin selling activities as a complete service. The service includes the production, packaging, marketing and selling of Finnish commemorative and collector coins and the receiving of collector coins returned by the public.
