Description
Superconducting nanowire detectors Im Rahmen des BMBF-Projekts QR.N wird eine Reihe von supraleitenden Nanodraht-Detektoren benötigt. Diese benötigen eine hohe Detektionseffizienz und gleichzeitig eine hohe Zeitauflösung und sehr niedrige Dark Counts (siehe unten) für Spitzenleistungen um 700-800 nm.
