Description
Suomen Erillisverkot Oy pyysi tarjousta viestintä- ja markkinointipalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Tämä tarjouspyyntö perustui Hansel Oy:n Viestintä- ja markkinointipalvelut 2020-2026 (DPS) dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä ”DPS”). DPS:n sisäinen kilpailutus tehtiin luokassa 2 Erillispalvelut. Kilpailutus koski Asiakaskokemustutkimus hankintaa. Suomen Erillisverkot Oy valitsi dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella toimittajan ja teki voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa hankintasopimuksen.
