1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa implantów do osteosyntezy i innych materiałów do zabiegów ortopedycznych w asortymencie i ilościach podanych w Formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych stanowiących Załącznik nr 1A do niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 5 części – Pakietów. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na dowolnie wybrane pakiety. Zamawiający zastrzega jednak składanie ofert przez Wykonawcę na całość asortymentu w danym pakiecie.
