Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa leków, środków spożywczych specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego oraz dzierżawa parowników do sevofluranu i desfluranu w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Zakres dostaw został określony w 136 Częściach (zwanych również Pakietami). 3. Zamówienie obejmuje swoim zakresem sprzedaż, załadunek, transport oraz doręczenie w miejscu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego poszczególnych elementów przedmiotu zamówienia, objętych daną Częścią. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z ilościami dla poszczególnych Części zawarto w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ.
