Description
Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia są: sukcesywne dostawy artykułów spożywczych przeznaczonych na potrzeby bieżącego żywienia w asortymencie i ilościach ujętych w zestawieniach w podziale na 8 części stanowiących załącznik w formacie EXCEL – załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Każdy Wykonawca może złożyć tylko jedną ofertę na dwie (2) część zamówienia. W przypadku złożenia oferty na większą ilość części, Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę w trybie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5) ustawy PZP
