Description
Predmet javnega naročila je sukcesivna dobava živil za potrebe naročnika, ki se bo izvajala na podlagi okvirnega sporazuma v obdobju in pod pogoji, določenimi v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Dobava vključuje različne vrste živil, kot so opredeljene v tehničnih specifikacijah in obrazcih predračunov, ki so sestavni del dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Posamezne dobave se bodo izvajale sukcesivno, glede na dejanske potrebe naročnika in na podlagi posameznih naročil, skladno z določili okvirnega sporazuma.
