Predmet javnega naročila je dobava materiala za vzdrževanje infrastrukturnih objektov, ki jih naročnik potrebuje za izvajanje svoje dejavnosti za obdobje dveh let. Naročilo je razdeljeno na 10 smiselnih sklopov, ki zajemajo posamezne vrste materiala. Gre za material, katerega dobavo naročnik po obsegu in časovno ne more vnaprej določiti. Količine in vrste nabav po predračunu so okvirne, neobvezne in odvisne od dejanskih potreb.
