Description

Contract concerning the definitive and executive design services, including the geological report, safety coordination during the design phase, subject to the assignment of works management, measurement and accounting services and safety coordination during the execution phase of the "CONSTRUCTION WORKS". RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SS. PALACE TRINITY'". The modification consists in the increase of the contractual amount of €75,524.85, plus social security fund and VAT according to law, equal to 31.66% of the value of the initial contract and therefore not exceeding 50% of the value of the initial contract, as expected from the art. 106 paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. No. 50/2016. This modification made it necessary to change the contract, without resorting to a new assignment procedure, as required by art. 106 paragraph 1 letter. c) of Legislative Decree no. No. 50/2016. The amount of the contract increases from €238,569.54, plus cash and VAT in the legal amount, for a total amount equal to €302,697.03, to €314,094.40, plus cash and VAT in the legal amount, for an amount total amounting to €398,522.97.
