Description

Upphandlingen avser stuveri-, maskin- och krantjänster samt tillhörande logistiktjänster i Hargs Hamn, Östhammars kommun. Uppdraget omfattar lossning och lastning av fartyg, hantering av gods inom hamnområdet, lossning och lastning av lastbilar, samt löpande skötsel av hamnområdet inklusive bl.a. snöröjning. Hamnen hanterar bulkgods med huvudsaklig inriktning på energiråvara, spannmål, skrot, träpellets och rundvirke, med en årlig godsvolym om cirka 640 000–800 000 ton. Projektlaster förekommer utöver fasta flöden av bulkgods.  Avtalsperioden omfattar 2 år med möjlighet till förlängning i ytterligare 2 perioder om 2 år vardera, totalt upp till 6 år. Start 2027-07-01. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett öppet förfarande enligt lagen (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna (LUF).
