Description
Se va elabora Studiul de Fezabilitate pentru obiectivul „PROIECTE DE ELECTRIFICARE CF– SRCF Brașov, Lot 1 Brașov-Podu Olt; Lot 2 Podu Olt – Sibiu – Vințu de Jos; Lot 3 Sibiu - Copșa Mică; Lot 4 Tg. Mureș – Războieni; Lot 5 Deda - Tg. Mureș”, conform Caietului de sarcini nr. 750/2/70 /05.03.2025. Pentru elaborarea Studiului de Fezabilitate, Contractantul va respecta actele normative şi de reglementare specifice infrastructurii feroviare, aplicabile, în vigoare, în vederea prezentării unui proiect ˮmaturˮ, care să corespundă celei mai eficiente soluții din punct de vedere tehnico – economic, pentru care să se aprobe asigurarea sursei de finanțare pentru implementarea obiectivului de investiție, cu asigurarea specificațiilor tehnice de interoperabilitate pe teritoriul României și respectarea conformității standardelor impuse pentru Coridoarele Europene și Coridoarele TEN-T. Studiul de Fezabilitate va identifica și prezenta opțiunea investițională optimă atât din punct de vedere tehnic, economic cât și operațional pentru atingerea obiectivelor generale și specifice, ținând cont de conformarea acesteia la cerințele tehnice de interoperabilitate prevăzute de regulamentele UE și naționale…
