Die Stadt Winterthur sucht ein geeignetes Planungsteam, bestehend aus den Disziplinen Landschaftsarchitektur, Verkehrsplanung und Wasserbauingenieurwesen, welches einen attraktiven Lösungsvorschlag für die Aufwertung des Mattenbachs in Winterthur erarbeitet. Mit dem selektiven Studienauftrag «Aufwertung Mattenbach» soll ein Revitalisierungsprojekt mit verbessertem Hochwasserschutz sowie ein Konzept für Fuss- und Veloverbindungen entwickelt werden.
