Description
De universiteit heeft behoefte aan een geïntegreerd studentcontactsysteem op basis van SaaS dat universiteit breed ingezet kan worden. Dit systeem moet beantwoorden aan de wens om de communicatie met (aspirant-)studenten te stroomlijnen en om kennisbeheer centraal te borgen. De doorontwikkeling naar digitale dienstverlening en eventueel AI-ondersteunde toepassingen staat eveneens hoog op de agenda. Het systeem wordt momenteel gebruikt vanuit de centrale organisatie en door enkele faculteiten. Vanuit meerdere faculteiten is er inmiddels ook interesse voor een studentcontactsysteem Er zijn momenteel 106 interne gebruikers en ca. 33.500 studenten
