Upphandlingen omfattar en strategisk licenspartner som ska bistå Socialstyrelsen med sakkunnighet inom Produktområdet. Genom ett Ramavtal med en strategisk licenspartner avser Socialstyrelsen att avropa Programvaror/ Licenser för att förnya befintligt innehav avseende prenumerationer, support och/eller underhåll samt nya behov för att byta ut, komplettera eller konsolidera nuvarande lösning. Ramavtalet innefattar även strategisk rådgivning av nya behov som krävs för uppbyggnad, drift och vidmakthållande.
