De aanbesteding richt zich op strategische IT-adviezen ten behoeve van het realiseren van HU ambities en doelen. De focus ligt op architectuur, informatieveiligheid, strategische IT-vraagstukken, IT-Vendormanagement, informatiemanagement en technologische ontwikkelingen met impact op onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering. De aanbesteding bestrijkt alle architectuurlagen (business, data, applicatie en technologie) op strategisch niveau. Dit is inclusief domein- en aspectarchitecturen zoals informatie-, applicatie- en securityarchitectuur.
