Description
Am Institut für Optik und Quantenelektronik (IOQ) der FSU Jena und am Helmholtz-Institut Jena (HI Jena) sind Experimente mit intensiven Laserpulsen zentraler Bestandteil der Forschung. Im Rahmen des Erweiterungsbaus am HI Jena entsteht eine Target-Area für neuartige Experimente der Laserplasmaphysik. Ein zentraler Punkt ist hierbei die Kopplung der zwei bereits am IOQ und HI Jena existierenden Laser JETi200 und POLARIS. Um die geplanten gemeinschaftlichen Experimente durchführen zu können ist es nötig die Laserstrahlen in Vakuumröhren und Vakuumkammern in das neue Gebäude zu transportieren.
