Im Rahmen eines bewilligten DFG-Großgeräteantrags zum Aufbau eines neuen modularen mikro-Röntgen-Computertomographie (µCT) Systems mit zwei separaten Mikrofokus-Röntgenstrahlern soll hierfür eine begehbare Strahlenschutzkabine nach Vollschutzgeräte-Standard entsprechend StrlSchG/StrlSchV beschafft werden.
