Predmet naročila je Storitev inženirja po pogodbenih določilih FIDIC in nadzornika po veljavni gradbeni zakonodaji za gradnjo večstanovanjskih objektov Cesta v Lokrovec, kar zajema naslednje skupine storitev: - storitve inženirja po določilih FIDIC - storitve nadzora po GZ-1 - storitve recenzenta projektne dokumentacije, - storitve koordinatorja za varnost in zdravje pri delu, - sodelovanje pri postopku DGBN certificiranja in - ostala svetovalna in administrativna tehnična opravila.
