La future STEP de l'EHVV traitera les eaux usées du bassin versant Haute Venoge Veyron (communes de Chavannes-le-Veyron, Chevilly, Cuarnens, Dizy, Eclépens, Fereyres, La Chaux, La Praz, La Sarraz, L'Isle, Mauraz, Moiry, Mont-la-Ville, Orny et Pompaples). L'objet de ce lot comprend les études de détail, la fourniture, la réalisation, la mise en service et la formation des exploitants pour les installations de relevage (pompage + vis), prétraitements compacts, décantation primaire, traitement biologique par boues activées, décantation secondaire ainsi que les extractions des boues pour leur traitement (objet d'un marché public séparé).
