Nieuwkoop wil met deze aanbesteding Stedenbouwkundige diensten contracteren. Nieuwkoop wil graag de continuïteit waarborgen op het vlak van stedenbouw en landschap met de daarbij behorende taken waarbij zij de regie voert.
