Der Auftragnehmer (AN) muss spezielle ambulante/kurzstationäre Leistungen der operativen Gynäkologie und Senologie, insbesondere der OPS 5-870.a1-5, 5-401.11-13, 5-872.1, 5-877.20, 5-406.12, 5-886.60/61/70, 5-886.71, 5-889.50, 5-889.30/31, 5-884.1/2, 5-889.1, 5-683.23, 5-683.23, 5-401.92 in der Behandlungsregion Mainz erbringen. Hinweis zum Wert der Aufträge: Von einer Veröffentlichung der Auftragswerte wird gemäß § 39 Abs. 6 VgV abgesehen. Es handelt sich um eine freiwillige Ex-ante-Transparenzbekanntmachung nach § 135 Abs. 3 GWB. Der Vertrag wird nicht vor Ablauf einer Frist von mindestens 10 Kalendertagen, gerechnet ab dem Tag nach der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung, abgeschlossen.
