Description
Necesitatea achiziției stației de date completă de spectroscopie si cromatografie rezidă din contextul învechirii unora dintre echipamentele existente în universitate precum si din apariția unor necesități noi de ordin educațional, științific si de cercetare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
