Ziel der Submission ist es, einen Implementierungspartner zu finden, der uns die Lizenzen für Jira Software und Confluence (siehe Kapital 3.1 in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen) sowie allfällige optionale Erweiterungen verkauft und uns gleichzeitig bei der Implementation, Konfiguration und Schulung der Software berät und unterstützt.
