Description
Die Wettbewerbsaufgabe besteht darin, ein übergeordnetes städtebauliches Konzept für das Zentrum "Am Sand" Niederanven zu entwickeln, das bauliche, freiräumliche, infrastrukturelle und programmatische Anforderungen zusammenführt. Erwartet wird ein Leitbild, das Aufenthaltsqualität, Nutzungsvielfalt, ökologische Wirksamkeit und eine nachhaltige Mobilitätsstruktur in Einklang bringt. Der Fokus liegt auf einer schrittweisen, realisierbaren Transformation des Zentrums (Horizont 2050) zu einer funktional gemischten und räumlich klar gegliederten Ortsmitte.
