Description
Das Rathaus der Stadt Spenge wurde im Jahr 2012 saniert. Bereits im Rahmen der Planung und späteren Ausführung wurden Vorkehrungen zur möglichen Aufstockung des Rathauses getroffen. So wurde u.a. die Aufzuganlage und Treppenanlage im Rathausturm so installiert, dass dieser bis in das zweite Obergeschoss führt. Im Rahmen der Aufstockung des Rathauses soll das Rathaus der Stadt Spenge klimaneutral werden. Im nördlichen Gebäudeteil soll das Gebäude um ein drittes Geschoss mit einem Multifunktionssaal aufgestockt werden. Das vorhandene Satteldach wird in diesem Bereich komplett (Dach-eindeckung, Dämmung, Holzkonstruktion) bis zur vorhandenen Rohbaudecke zurückgebaut.
