Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist demnach der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über Planungsleistungen im Bereich Objektplanung "Ingenieurbauwerke" (Kanalsanierung) nach § 43 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 12 (zu § 43 Abs. 4, § 44 Abs. 5 HOAI) sowie örtliche Bauleitung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 8 für die Sanierung des Kanalnetzes auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Spaichingen.
